Gentle Yoga

Want to fight stress, find serenity, flexibility, strength and better posture?  Join our “Gentle Yoga” class.  We are never too old to improve flexibility.  Yoga has physical and mental benefits along with muscle toning.  It helps with balance giving us harmony in mind, body and spirit.

Have trouble getting up and down off the floor or other disabilities?  Then Chair Yoga could be for you.  It increases flexibility, muscle strength, tones, improves respiration, energy & vitality.  It manages stress through proper breathing and gives balance in our lives along with many other benefits.  Try it!
