On April 13, 2018 Comcast  shut down the old coaxial cable that has provided TV and Internet service to us for over 20 years.  Any units that have not been switched over to the new Fiber wire that has been run to the inside of all 590 units will not have any service for their TVs, Internet or landline telephone.  The Master Association is now paying for the TV and Internet service for all 590 units at Sapphire Lakes, but if  you have no service,  or problems with your service, you need to call Comcast at 1-800-Xfinity to try to resolve your problems.  Our Comcast Community Account Representative is Ben Albeit, and you can try calling him for assistance as well at 239-223-5674.  But your first call should be to 1-800-Xfinity, and tell the agent that you are part of the Sapphire Lakes Bulk Services Agreement.   If you have problems with equipment, you can always go to one of the two Comcast stores in Naples and exchange the equipment rather than trying to make an appointment for a technician to come out to you.
